Moderate to high intensity, glove-to-mitt contact workout using equipment such as gloves, hand wraps, pads, and mitts. This fitness class includes aspects of both ring boxing and kickboxing, with other body weight exercises to condition the body for improved stamina, endurance, and both aerobic and anaerobic capacity.
